The library computers require your Eagle ID -- the same ID you use to log in to register for classes, access Eagle Online 2.0/Canvas, and access your HCC student email account. You may know it as your W-number.
If you are unable to access library computers using your Eagle ID, you should reset your password using the Password Management system link below. If that does not work, you should reset your password by contacting the IT Help Desk at 713-718-8800.
Please do not hesitate to ask the library staff for assistance or advice if you are having access issues.
- In order for your password to work across all HCC logins available to students you must reset your password using the password management system link above. Login to the password management system (https://pm.hccs.edu) using your regular student login and change your password from there. Wait about 20 minutes before trying to log in to Library resources.
