I have the citation information for an article located in HCC databases. How do I find which database it is located in?

Answer

Since you know information about the article, like journal title and article title, you should use our Journal Finder. Scroll down to Links & Files and click the link to Journal Finder page.

  1. Enter as much information as you know about it and click 'Search.'

  2. Your results are a list of journals and magazines that contain articles which match your search.

  3. Click on the Computer icon to see the databases that provide access to the journal, then click on one title.

  4. Search within the publication for the title of your article for full access.

Remember that you can always contact the HCC libraries by choosing a location from here: https://library.hccs.edu/libraries/home or by using any of the methods found at https://hccs.libanswers.com/
