You log in to the Chromebook by using the Google account created and managed by HCC Libraries. To change the password to this Google account:
- Go to the Google Account page
- Click Signing in to Google
- Under Password & sign-in method, click Password
- Enter your current password (this is your library barcode by default)
- Click Next
- Enter a new, strong password
- Verify your new, strong password
- Click Change Password
Your password will now be changed. You will use this new password for all future logins to the Chromebook and your HCC Google account. If you have changed your password and cannot remember it, you should fill out this form on our Get Help with your Chromebook page.
