Patron privileges are granted to all full-time, part-time, continuing education, adult education, and dual credit students, as well as any full-time or part-time faculty or staff member. These privileges expire when a student is no longer enrolled or when they fall out of "good standing" with the library, or when an employee is no longer employed by the college. If you see the message "Your patron privileges have expired," it is possible that you are not a currently enrolled student or current employee, or that you have overdue materials that might cause you to fall out of good standing. If you believe this is in error, please visit an HCC library with valid identification (e.g. student ID card or government-issued ID card) and proof of enrollment or employment and we'll be happy to update your account. If you have overdue materials, please turn them in at your earliest convenience and notify a library employee.

You can find our contact information and locations on our Library Locations and Hours page.

Please see our HCC Borrower Eligibility page for more information.
