Once a book has been renewed twice it must be checked back in. If no other patron has requested the book, we can check the book back out to you.

If a book goes overdue, we do not assess fines, but we do place a negative service indicator on your account, which will prevent you from checking out books, accessing online library resources, getting a transcript, and registering for classes, among other things. This negative service indicator is removed when the book is returned.

From our Loan Guidelines:

2.107.1.3 Circulating books are loaned for a period of three weeks.

and

2.107.1.7 Books may be renewed twice for additional three-week periods unless they have been placed on hold for another library patron.
