The library computers use your Eagle ID credentials -- the same ID you use to log in to register for classes, access Eagle Online 2.0, and access your HCC student email account.
If you are unable to access your Eagle ID account, you will need to reset your password via Student System. If that does not work, try using the Password Management system. If that still does not work, contact the IT Help Desk at (713) 718-8800.
In an emergency, please do not hesitate to ask the library staff for assistance or advice.
