The HCC Libraries use  EaglePrint for managing their computer printing services. Some locations use the same system for copying services. This system is tied to a student's Active Directory (AD) login. This is the same account you use to log on to your HCC email account and to any computer on an HCC campus. If you're unable to access that account, please contact the IT Help Desk at 713-718-8800 to reset the password. If you are a non-student, you will need to create a Guest Printing Account.

Printing is sent via HCC computers and picked up at an EaglePrint Print Release Station. At some locations, the prints may be sent directly to the printer and a stop at the Release Station is not necessary. Each black and white page costs 10 cents. If a location offers color printing through EaglePrint, the cost is generally 50 cents per page.

The EaglePrint system accepts payments via cash at the Print Release Station. You may also add via credit card or debit card, but this must be done prior to logging into the Print Release Station. Go to EaglePrint Account Management, log in with your AD account, click the link to "Add Credit" and follow the instructions.

The EaglePrint system keeps all money tied to your login account, not to a card. Any remaining money on your account will stay there until it is used.
